Mr. BAIJU B. DESAI , Bachelor in Science (B.Sc. – Chemistry.) is one of the key persons behind the company and also the founder / promoter of the company. He is senior business leader with over four decades of rich and diverse experience in technical, commercial, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and corporate governance.
Mr. Desai has played a vital role in setting up Claroid’s State of the Art Infrastructure and Manufacturing Facilities. While doing so, he has ensured that every facility is modern, has the right mix of sophisticated equipment and automation, is environment friendly, complies with all protocols and guidelines and most importantly, safeguards the health and safety of our employees.
He is also the founder of Maruti pharma Chem Pvt Ltd which is into import of Pharma Raw Materials for last 25 years and Nest Life Science Pvt Ltd which is into export of pharmaceutical finished formulations for last 15 years.
Mr. RUSHIN DESAI
Mr. Rushin Desai the Managing Director of the company holds master degree in BACHELOR OF PHARMACY (M-Pharm.) He is son of Mr.. Baiju Desai and the key promoter of the company, he has been with the company since its inception.He is extremely passionate about improving health in the society.With his passion and speed Claroid continues its upward trend and goal of providing effective medicines at affordable prices along with having a broader impact on the society.
He is also the Director of Maruti pharma Chem Pvt Ltd which is into import of Pharma Raw Materials for last 25 years and Managing Director of Nest Life Science Pvt Ltd which is into export of pharmaceutical finished formulations for last 15 years.
He is very much aware about the country wise pharma policies as he has registered more than 100 Drugs in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Peru and other Latin American countries as well.
Mr. GHANSHYM PATEL
Mr. Ghanshyambhai Patel is a Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com.) and one of the founder /promoters of the company. He has more than 18 years of experience in this field.He is also the Director of another company named Accent Microcell which is one of the most prestigious names in Pharmaceutical Industry , it has two production units, one located at Dahej and other in Pirana.
Mr. Patel is a finance professional with over two decades of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Management.
Mr. Patel has ensured that Claroid is environment friendly, complies with all protocols and guidelines and most importantly, safeguards the health and safety of our employees.
Mr. SNEHAL SONI
Mr. Snehal Soni, B.Sc. by qualification with having wide experience and presence in marketing and manufacturing in pharmaceutical business, he is having all the technical know-how about the formulations of the pharmaceutical products.
He has a varied experience of over more than 15 years in industries including healthcare, consulting, distributorship , dealership , technology and outsourcing. He has worked previously in the Pharmaceutical industry and having versatile exposure in global MNCs in challenging and complex business environments across multiple business functions.
Mr. Soni has also played a vital role in setting up Claroid’s State of the Art Infrastructure and Manufacturing Facilities. He looks after the new product development in the company.
Mr. SHAILESH PATEL
Mr. Shaileshbhai Patel a B.Com. by qualification is also engaged with Pirana unit of M/s. Accent Mircrocell Pvt Ltd., he looks after all legal and technical matters of the company.
A progressive leader, he is adept at building teams with shared vision and guiding them for effective execution of plans.
He looks after entire production process and assembly line of the company. He is very much aggressive to take up new ideas of business creativity. He is of immense help to the company in getting smooth production line.
